Where to stay?

There are hotels in both Ambo and Weliso. Our partner hotel, Abebech Metaferia, is situated in Ambo and provides lunches for trips to the lake. Weliso is home to the Negash Lodge hotel, formerly a royal residence during the Haile Selassie era. Reservations are recommended.
Alternatively, you can bring your own tent and camp by the shore of the lake or in the forest.
